Personal Skills Training

These training courses are aimed at enhancing an individual's skill set in specific areas, gaining new skills and confidence.  These courses can be tailored for groups but can also be delivered on an individual workshop basis concentrating on the student's key issues and concerns.

Designed to be fun and informative the courses are designed to put everyone at ease and questions are encouraged throughout the course from participants.

All courses can include an attendance and completion certificate for record keeping purposes.

 

   
Sales Skills Training (full or half day)

A course designed to help people who wish to improve their face to face sales techniques and their results.

Designed for people already in a sales role or about to undertake one, this course covers the techniques of selling for direct sales, warm leads, cold leads, qualified prospects and teaches a comprehensive variety of techniques and tools to improve results and to build confidence in the students.

Recommended  workshop size for groups is a maximum of eight people.

Telephone Sales Training (full or half day)

A course designed to help people who wish to improve their telephone selling techniques and their results. 

Designed for people already in a telephone selling role or about to undertake one, this course covers the techniques of selling across the telephone whether it is a product or simply turning a referral into a sales appointment.

Interview Coaching Workshop (full or half day)

Course Content:

A workshop focusing on what happens after you have been successful in gaining an interview which aims to build a student’s interview skills and confidence ahead of attending the interview. 

For individuals this is available as a three hour workshop that can also be extended for individuals dependent on their requirements

Presentation Skills (full or half day)

Course Content:

A workshop that focuses on building self confidence at giving presentations to a groups or a larger audience. 

A half day course can be ideally combined with our PowerPoint Computer course to give a full days training on many aspects of presentation and using PowerPoint as a presentation tool.

For individuals this is available as a three hour workshop but can be extended for individuals dependent on their particular requirements
